Very professional and good staff. Have been coming here over 3 years for my kids and looking forward for my son to go the Gold 400.
Very rude staff on phone, I am very new , just enrolled my kids for swimming, unable to do payment online so I rang reception, the lady on reception start literally screaming at me, she said, “ you are not first one who is paying online, everyone does that, no one ever had problem with it, I can’t help you I am very busy, you have to come here,” no sorry no thanks , now we are very scare to enroll there, and my elder daughter said no already, she was listening the whole conversation.
Good overall. No complaints. Staff is polite and helpful too.
i don’t usually put bad reviews but for this place i just had to because i want to warn people and specially first time mums out there. we’ve had the worst experience with their manager who was also the swim instructor! and not to mention the reception staff. my son had just turned 12 months and for our first swim class ever she was expecting him to love it and jump in the pool and not cry, she was getting annoyed that he was crying and scared to go in the water. i’ve never felt that uncomfortable my whole life because how my son was behaving was totally normal i mean he’s a baby, babies cry over anything and everything sometimes and the manager made me feel as it wasn’t normal for my son to cry. honestly just don’t waste your money, i go somewhere else now and he was so happy from day one.
My 14 month's old enjoys so much. The instructor for water babies on Sunday @11:30 am I admire her, it's ahard job but she looks always happy and all the babies enjoys the time in pool with her.
The reason i am giving five stars is because this place teaches you how to swim.
Best swimming school in craigieburn. Its becoming too crowded.
I have seen a lot of people are mentioned about rude reception staff, but I can't believe why management still don't take any action. I had expected this situation with the reception lady. She is really rude, discrimination is expressed on her face. I never recommend this place to the community who was come from a none English background. One of the teachers had looked at a very insulting expression in the pool. Please find another place this place management has a big weakness.
State swim is a fantastic swimming school. It is so easy to manage your account, bookings, progress online on their website. My 5 year old has been attending the school and I am very satisfied. The instructors are so calm, have great patience to deal with kids and knowledgeable with an eye for technique. It’s not just about teaching how to swim, they teach discipline and respect for your peers too. I am happy to be associated with StateSwim and would definitely recommend them if someone is out looking for a swim school. A big shout out to Ms. Jessica, Ms. Claire and Ms. Rogue at the Craigieburn center. Thank you for all you do. Now “back to the wall”
Been visiting this Centre from last 2 yrs and it’s been a great experience here as it’s easy to make bookings/cancel/reschedule online. Both of my kids goes here and they are doing great at swimming and enjoys every lesson. All the Instructors are very helpful and understanding, personally Miriam Edmonds and Terry are my all time favorite Their attitude is great . So good to meet instructors like them. Great work all of you
