One of their many branches in the city but there is nothing nearby for a few kms. It is located on the side of the road. Very easy to spot. Parking is easy as well as it is a shopping complex. Lots of seating inside and outside. Service and quality are typical Starbucks fare. Staff are quite friendly.
Big Starbucks with plenty of seating in Chatswood. It’s clean, fast service and great for a coffee on the run. The Matcha Latte Fusion is awesome!

This is our favourite place to stop and relax. Great coffee, but very dirty sitting area. It really needs a thorough clean. Even the new seats are filthy! Time for a deep clean, your customers deserve it! Photos posted too.
Ordered a hot Venti Chai and it was the most watery thing ever. Just tasted like they added a tonne of sugar to a bucket of warm tap water. Stopped drinking after a sip. Needed to rinse my mouth with water afterwards. Really, this is on me for choosing Starbucks.Food: 1/5
This is only one experience. The Asian lady that served me was super disrespectful. I attempted to order a matcha latte and I asked her if the latte had any milk in it a dumb question, but I wasn't sure as I'm not familiar. I have asked this question before at other venues and the responses were neutral in tone. She responded with "of course it has, what do you mean?" in one of the most arrogant tones ever, given that her English wasn't great. She just stood there staring at me for a few seconds. I was obviously shocked at this customer service and I simply told her "I just wanted to know". What if I was dairy intolerant?! Or what if I don't want full cream milk in my drink?! I'm sure this is not every experience tho as there are probably many nicer employees as well at this store. The drink was made rather speedily too, so props to that. However, Starbucks drinks has a tendency to be quite sweet, and this one was no exception to that.
Never anywhere to sit. Students with laptops take over & use spaces for 4 people.. very frustrating. **Maybe have a student zone? Last 3 coffees I bought from there just weren’t right. Today a simple skim mocca was overly creamy.
Great and friendly staff, coffee is made very good, every star bucks is different and it always depends on the batch of the beans, place is very clean and nicely presented
The bold Asian guy didn’t call my name, and I was standing right next to my coffee without knowing it’s ready. I asked is it my coffee? He looked at me aggressively and said there’s no name on your coffee. And then when I picked up my coffee I noticed it does have my name on it. So rude!
The best customer ever, especially that main barista guy very funny, efficient and an asset to the store. This is the main thing I love about Chatswood honestly. I just wanted to let them know that I work here from a different suburb everyday and they always make my day with their lovely customer service. Please continue being the cool, calm and collected team you guys are.
