Light snack, cinnamon scroll with almond cap extra shot hits the spot even on a 30degree day : Cinnamon scroll would probably have been better slightly heated. Quick service especially during a busy hour…….but I noticed the delivery or hand over of the cold drinks that required a straw to other customers were abit abrupt, the drinks were almost pushed/slid along the bench and straws were thrown not placed near the drinks. Boarder line rude? Call me old fashion but I think politeness and courtesy is a universal language. But hands up for the cleanliness maintenance of the cafe, the waiting staff were on a mission wiping down and cleaning the hand rails, windows, barricades and table!
Few things to say. 1. The service regarding speed is amazing, there were 10 people in front of me but it took me 5 minutes to order. It’s an amazing job what they do. 2. Coffee was good 3. Now the bad part, there were free tables but they were not properly cleaned. They had the left overs of the previous customers see one of my pics.
Ordered chocolate frappe. It tasted like plain ice smoothie as seen on photo. Looked so pale. Just look at the photo. I wish baristas would really take time to craft the beverage. Quality of drink speaks volumes. Disappointed.
The service was once better when they came off as friendlier. Environment is amazing! I often see myself ordering a coffee, setting my laptop in charge and programming around the aroma of coffee — truly a feeling that keeps me upcharged even in strenuous situations. Their coffee is iconic, however making it nothing unique either
Nice matcha frappe and all. One day i accidentally dropped my wallet and when i ring them, i believe the staff member was Ink? they still spent their time to help me retrieve my wallet and kept it somewhere safe despite during the rush hours. Really appreciated their service and time!
Spacious store offering the usual Starbucks fare! Staff were friendly and efficient and there was plenty of seating at around 7pm at night. Coffee was good however I wish I'd seen the specials before ordering. It'd be good if they were displayed better and not just at the door as you arrive. It also looks closed from the street until you get really close so it pays to walk up and check if it's open. Overall though a pleasant experience.
Great customer service! Felt welcomed on an early Friday morning. However, I've been hesitant in ordering drinks from this outlet over the past few weeks as there is just no consistency. One day there's cream, and the other there's none...without asking. I've also found that the temperature of the nitro cold brew is often warm and without ice. The cold brew also tastes dull and isn't delightful to taste.
Some of the staff are so lovely! Always smiling and being very kind, however I have had one rude experience with a barista. Their frappuccino quality is perfect, I've never had a bad one. However their cold brew is honestly very disgusting, it's abnormally sour and the sweet cream tastes 'off'. I was very disappointed.
Blueberry muffin doesn't contain blueberries. Just only the flour. Even i tried to dig it through. Still couldn't find them.
I recently visited the shop and had a terrible experience. The staff named Ryan was extremely rude and was really unprofessional banging the food, talk to other staff members disrespectfully and take 3 times repeating the order for a simple green tea latte. Strongly recommend everyone to walk to other Starbucks to prevent such negative attitude.
