Staff are friendly with good service. Nice and tidy premises. Coffee was hot and a good size. Food was acceptable
Very popular place! It was very busy when we went here but drinks didn’t take too long to be ready. It wasn’t the warmest in there but not freezing. The staff were friendly so no complaints. 4/5 due to the room temperature, otherwise highly recommended.
The worst coffee I have had in a long time ,expensive tasteless Luke warm when requested extra hot ,husband was horrible as well staff unhelpful store was filthy .have used Starbuck s before in oz and nz which were OK but this was the worst one by far a disgrace for tourism in DunedinService: 1/5
My favourite coffee shop i love Hot Caramel Macchiato and Green Tea or Strawberry Cream Frappuccino that's lovely drink and refreshing my mood. Cozy place, professional staff, clean area and more crowded on weekend.

Delicious frappuccinos- you always know what you're gonna get since it's a coffeehouse chain. Also has friendly staff^^ My favourite drinks are the cookies & cream & the caramel ones. Consider bringing a reusable straw as their paper ones are useless but it's nation wide
