I'd give a 0 star but it won't let you! The last 2 times i have booked & paid online, dropped off my car and left for the specified time, have gone to collect and it was still in the same spot i parked it, not even touched! Then once waiting a further 30 mins for them to wash it (well over due to go back to work) last time i had to request they wipe the interior of the windscreen!

Worst customer service and lack of quality in platinum car wash..never had such bad experience. Dont recommend to anyone

very poor service. payed $250 to get a VW caddy cleaned and had to return it to get it done properly, dash had not been touched and the ashtray was not even touched nor the back cab. the out side was cleaned tho but it was like they never opened the doors.
