Dropped my car off before work. Picked up at lunch time. Booked online and saved $10. Happy with the clean for the price I paid

Car was cleaned promptly and on time.  Note the other reviews but my car was ok.  Not sure about full details services etc however.

In August, whilst shopping at the outlet centre, a friend and myself returned to my vehicle in the car park underground only to be threatened with violence and physical damage to my vehicle by an employee of star car wash. His words were 'the next time you park in our space, I will slash your tyres'. 

I had made a genuine mistake, parking in the star car wash parking space (poorly signed). As I was leaving, the employee who had very poor English was banging on my bonnet and windscreen, threatening me with a metal pole and using obscene language. I was terrified and concerned with my safety. Lucky I got out. Indeed, I believe no one should use this service- the staff are very violent and threatening. 

Avoid at all cost. I had children in the car and they were upset and terrified. I'm only just getting over this and need you to know about this.

Definitely will NEVER go back!

They upsell me to get the full detail for $250 which I stupidly agreed to.
My car was ‘magically’ done just in 1.5 hours.
When I return to my car I saw a streak of old rego sticker glue accross my windscreen, not impressed..
Then I run my finger on the front bumper & my finger turned grey, definitely not impressed!!
I don’t know what they did with my car & my money in 1.5 hours.
The worst experience ever, definitely don’t ever go here & waste every cent of your money!!
