My fiancé had his new car washed and polished at this place and they scratched his car, more than once. My fiancé asked to get the tapes of this car wash and unfortunately for him they are so far away that you can’t see anything, the quality is also so grainy. Just be aware before you take your car. This could have been a one off but now we are stuck with a car with scratches. Hopefully this review helps this place become more careful when washing cars.

Used the valet service and was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours and would cost more then other car washes. I was there so I excepted. Went home and and hour later was sent a text telling me my car was done and to pick it up asap. Frustrated that I'd just got home expecting another 2 hours wait I went back to pick up my car. I arrived 20 minutes after they texted me and they were still cleaning it! I waited another 5 minutes for them to finish and then inspected the work. There was still bugs on the front. I was told it was a chip. The guy managed to clean it off (because it was a bug). There was left over polish around most windows and on all the black plastic areas. Where there had been a bit of tree sap was still a mark. And I'm not sure if waxing and polishing a car should show up more scratches, but I'm sure they were not there before I left my car with these people. They opened the boot so I could see my cleaned but still wet mats; they were covered in pine tree needles! Where the hell do they even come from? How is that clean? So dissatisfied with their work. What the hell did I pay over $300 for??? Would never recommend. No wonder their rating is so low.

The customer service is second to none, the mocha tastes pretty darn good BUT the at cleaning could be a tad better and a little more thorough for the price we paid

Busy footpath, with many pedestrians, and this business is constantly blocking the footpath, using it as their own property to park and wash cars. The city government should direct the police to start writing citations to this business. Selfish businesses like this make Braddon an unpleasant place to visit. Department of Immigration need to do some visa checking here.

I never write negative reviews (check my profile), however on this occasion there is nothing but frustration. Firstly, when I collected my car, I noticed SCRATCHES that were not there before. The car is 1 month old and definitely was not scratched prior to the wash. Waiting on Management to get back to me with a damage report. Also there was still visible dirt on the exterior. They then said they would have to wash it again, so now I had to wait for a rewash. When I went to inspect it again, the same spot was still dirty, so they had to do a spot wash on that part just to clean it right. So after two and a half washes, I get in my car to go but now the interior driver side floor is dirty (from when the moved it for the second wash) so had to do a quick vacuum too. The manager on duty was helpful, apologising and helping to fill out the "Potential Damages" form and also offering a discount on my next wash, which I refused because I will not be coming back... so I obviously would not recommend. I'll find a self service from now on...
