Been here for different occasions for several times, I can only say nothing for me to complain about.  Owners are very dedicated to the business, service is beyond average Chinese restaurants.  Food is yummy with no question.  They even have installed one Karaoke machine on the second floor private dinning room.  They open for business in most days in a year which is very thoughtful.  Love it!

It is delicious.  We had  four different dumplings. Just perfect for me.  Highly recommend  . We also had  sweet  and sour pork. Crunch and sweet. Yummy !!Food: 5/5

Came back for yum cha after years and the Dimsum here are still good. Price is relatively higher compared to other dimsum places

Went for the lunch time yamcha, the food rotated very quickly and there was a good steady stream of options. Was a little dissapointed they gave us room temperature coke.

Yum char at lunch was incredible especially the prawn dumplings and the food came out very fast and their was a great selection , family and I enjoyed especially the tea.Highly recommended Food: 5/5

They are affordable and provide a great service even if you are whitethe opposite of Grand Harbor. The food is delicious, comes fast and there is plenty of it. $20-$40 per head for us usually, the big plates of meat increase the price significantly, as they are big plates!  Suggestions if you are not familiar with the menu. BBQ pork or shrimp rice noodle. It's like wrapped in a sheet of the noodle. Shumailike a prawn dumpling. BBQ pork in like a deep fried dumpling. Looks like a samosa. Sesame seed balls, crispy sesame coating around a sweet sticky/chewy layer with a bit of sweet paste in the middle. They also have peppered beef, which is so juicy.  Parking: Fills quickly after 11am, but just means you might have to walk further.

The food here was really lovely. Freshly cooked, full of flavour and piping hot nothing worse than having food come out and it's already cooled down to a warm temperature. Thoroughly enjoyed the prawn/spinach dumplings, they were my favorite. It's an odd shaped site though, set out at the side/"rear-ish" end of a complex and you do have be mindful of parking in the correct allocated spaces but the food and service makes it well worth coming to this restaurant.

Good place to dine especially with big families, our family always have parties here, food is good at reasonable prices. the boss and staff are friendly, great location with plenty parking. definitely recommended for Chinese food goers.

Food was delicious, service was good. The bbq pork pastry was the best I've had and my husband loved the prawn toast.  The price is very reasonable too. We will definitely be back.Food: 5/5

My go to yum char place  love their siu mai, friend pork buns, fried squid, and prawn dumplings. Love the mochi vanilla ice cream as well. Service is pretty quick and staff is usually friendly. Highly recommended!
