5 star luxury. You will enjoy staying here any time of year. Great amenities and lovely breakfast. Rooms well presented
Absolutely terrible. Do not stay here. So confused how they can be classified as a 5 star hotel. The rooms are so old and outdated, like multiple other reviews have also stated. I have stayed in hostels for $20 a night that are better than this hotel. The food is revolting. Staff are rude.
Had a good stay room was comfortable had a goods night sleep, bed was comfortable. Hotel in good location for shopping and close to Adelaide oval. The only let down with room was the doors slam when closing so can wake you when others come home early in the morning. Found all the staff to be very friendly.
Quarantine place, treat people like in a prison. The phone in the bedroom did not work, gotta run to pick up from the toilet. Faucet was dripping all the time. Found a bug on the bed. Put 17⁰c, but still sweating.
Be careful there's camera under television
Good customer service and a great room. Very nice view from the room too. Very close to transport tram right in front, railway station almost directly opposite and buses nearby. Good deals/bonuses are to be had for booking direct with them. Buffet breakfast was superb and very satisfying.
