Staff are excellent! Rooms are very nice and price is reasonable. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed my stay
Room was great! Very comfortable, clean and well equipped! BUT, the reception Man was awful! He was arrogant, sarcastic and rude! We asked for directions to the carpark and he treated us in a very derogatory fashion, while talking over us and dismissing us! Staff need to be trained in customer service!
Rooms were spacious, had all the amenities you need. Great location. Beautiful view with a stunning sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great price My only complaint, it's noisy. You can hear everything outside. Even on the 11th floor.

After a 2 day stay left the room in very tidy condition, but was charged a SCAMMERS "extra cleaning" fee a few days later off my card, without any explanation until I followed up and questioned the charge. Do not stay here, they are running a SCAM!
Disappointing the facilities were shut but for some reason we got a massive 3 bedroom apartment when we booked a single room not complaining though great view and balcony
Good self contained apartments in city. Could do with a freshen up.
