I came here for just a routine remedial massage. I was not expecting to have diagnosed the issue I've been dealing with for years. I'm super impressed with how understanding and knowledgeable my therapist, Riley, was. Finding a new massage therapist while traveling is always challenging, but I got lucky finding this one. If you're looking for a good place for a remedial massage, you cannot go wrong with Riley.
I was a little dubious about booking here as I had found them online and normally like being referred to places but thank God I did. I booked an hour remedial massage. The masseuse was really lovely and caring and spent time prior to the massage talking to me about any issues and what I needed from the massage. In an hour she did whole body but it didn't feel rushed, lovely ambience with the music and temperatures of the room. I would definitely go here more if I lived in Melbourne.
I was impressed with Stable Health - I received clear confirmation of my booking; was asked a comprehensive questionnaire of injuries, issues and treatment goals, which my therapist demonstrated understanding of, and the massage itself was absolutely tailored to my needs/concerns/preferences. This was a relief, as I've experienced many massage therapists who seem to listen and then do a pre-programmed routine. Not here - it was very clearly aligned to my therapeutic needs. I will be coming back regularly.
Tony looked after me tonight. Great massage after a few weeks of immobility in my shoulder the twinges and aches are so much better and more flexibility. Gave me good advice around prevention too as an added bonus. I’ll be going back to see him. Quality session.

Mina is absolutely amazing. I suffer from lower back pain for a number of years to due to prolonged daily sitting. Mina's treatment greatly relieves the issues i have and increases mobility for my lower back. Mina has good techniques, knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Mina to anybody who suffers from chronic lower back pain and mobility issues.
