We came here for the couples package 30 mins foot spa and 1 hr massage and it was such a treat! We had an amazing experience with the masseuses, who were very sensitive to our needs and offered great service from start to end. We received tea before and after the package too. Highly recommend.
We came here for the Couples Signature Package massage 2.5 hours / $360 for 2 people, which included 30min Izumi Foot Spa + 60min Full Body Customized Massage + 60min Izumi Phyt's Signature Facial or Body Treatment. We were greeted by a super friendly staff and taken to the couple's spacious and comfortable room. The foot spa massage was refreshing, and the massage & body treatment was a blessing. It would have helped if they focused on the areas we requested on the form. However, we still loved the overall experience nevertheless.
My partner and I went for a 1.5 hour couples massage and it was amazing. The vibe of the spa was very chill and cozy, we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The masseuse was very skilled and she worked out all of the knots and tension I have from playing sport. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. The foot spa was great too - they had this jelly stuff that felt soo good. It was like a massage for my feet, and they ended up feeling so soft and smooth afterwards. I've never had anything like that before, but I'm definitely keen to do it again. The spa experience left me feeling relaxed and refreshed, I would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience just felt really genuine. Five stars.
I was given a gift voucher as a “thank you”. I checked out the website and booked in a few days ahead for a 1hr reflexology massage. Reflexology massage generally is pressure to specific points on the feet done without the use of oil or lotion. I’m an older man. I prefer strong pressure and requested a male masseur when I booked. Ushered to a treatment room, I was instructed to get undressed, keep on my underwear and lie face down on the table. This confused me as I’d booked for a reflexology massage. I was assured this was the correct procedure. My masseur wasn’t a male. She was a young woman. My massage wasn’t reflexology. It was a pleasant enough, gentle leg and foot massage. I went with the flow. This was not the style of treatment I’d booked in for and I eventually relaxed about the masseur not being male. Perhaps I was unrealistic with my expectations. Izumi professes to be “A leading day spa for traditional Japanese massage”. Meh…
Beautiful and relaxing 60min massage with kind massseuse, Sachi. The massage tables are very comfortable and heated which I loved. Looking forward to booking in again here. They have some great packages.

I thought massage offered in an unit. Inside quite spacious. First time visit and did not expect a male masseur provide service. Anyway, pressure was good. Not too bad
