Get away from it all, bring cash for camp ground fees, envelopes and drop box on-site. Corregated road all the way thru to site and Point Ann. Toilets, no water, etc... bring all, leave it beautiful!
St Mary inlet campground is on top of Point Ann, is surrounded by nature and beauty. Sign entering the national park says no caravans and not sure if that is about the roads in, or the camping allowed. You will need to pay for entry to the National Park, then $11 per adult per night to camp. All sights unpowered and no campfires, but two BBQ sites at the campground. Be prepared for the wild, flies were active during the heat of the day, I like hiking and had fly net, - hiking West Mount Barren is awesome, just watch out for nature its all around.
Great inlet for sup and kayaking. Super salty, don't put your head under water!
Fantastic best describes this campground. It is well designed giving the maximum privacy for each bay. There are several long-drop toilets which have been maintained and as clean as a bush dunny can be. The scenery is amazing. Access is easy in a 4wd but I imagine the road would close if it rains so check the track conditions and weather before you enter.
Really nice place to camp in the National Park with Point Ann at your doorstep. Facilities were nicely kept but only a couple bays big enough to fit a couple cars with rooftop tents. Was lucky enough to spot whales, seals and dolphins during our stay in early July.
Basic lightweight short stay camp ground. Sites and facilities not suitable for trailers and caravans. Signs even say no caravans. Obviously some people can't read. Beautiful spot to set up and head out exploring trails and West Mt Barren from. Winter for whales, spring for flowers.
I really enjoyed my stay, it's lovely camping so close to the beach. All the camping spots are reasonably secluded from each other.
Awesome place to escape to and chill. No planes helos traffic noise trail bikes. Just ocean wind and birds.
Great place to stay and relax
Great fishing in the inlet for black bream
