St Georges Restaurant is very ingredient driven using organic and sustainable meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables. The majority of our fruit and vegetables are personally grown and hand-picked by Francky. Each dish is designed to carry a meaning, etched to be a pristine sensory delight for you to marvel.
