Unfortunately very unhelpful service & rude to my elderly father & myself trying to help him update his details due to a move. Very disappointing, heaven forbid staff are in the same position one day.

The staff work here so unfriendly. I told them I moved to new house, need to changed the address, they didn't delete my old address and put my old address as "Mailing address". A week ago, they told me my new credit card had been sent to my old house, I asked how come, I already moved out for a two years and told your staff to change my new address. she said they didn't, I better come here to get the new one new number . And today, I come and explain what happened, the staff was so unfriendly, not really wanted to listen and asked what I want her to do......? Seriously!!!!!???? Hey it's not my fault, do you know how inconvenient when I get the new card?????

Contacted our local branch today 01/May/2018 regarding foreign currency etc. Could not have asked for better service, thank you Sue you were so very, very helpful & a credit to St George!
