We recently dealt with Mohammad on reviewing our mortgage with another bank. He was able to restructure our lending and our banking in such a way we were able to buy a new car and save hundreds on repayments a month. Thanks Joy, this visit was the best in branch experience at a bank I've ever had. We went into the branch to action one item that required an in store visit and the service we received was brilliant. Joy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was not only super helpful with our initial request, but by the time we were done she had assisted us with another 3 items, one of which resulted in significant savings and another that has made our banking much more convenient.

Mohammad Anwar is an asset to CBA, he is honest, genuinely wants to help you and will do everything in his power to get what you want. I left another bank due to his services and also preferred him over a private broker. Thank you Mohammad in helping us get what we need for our growing family.

Mohommad has given us exceptional service and always goes above and keeps us up to date on the loans. I highly recommend Mohommad if you want a home loan. The staff at the Baulkham Hills Branch were friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joy who was very knowledgeable and was able to help me productively with my credit card application.

Had a negative experience with Mohammad. He’s great when you first get a mortgage but then doesn’t respond to calls when the deal is done. Very disappointed and switched to another lender.

Recently went theough the process of buying my first home. The Executive lender Mohammad Anwar was very helpful and extremply professional. I highly recommend him for your home lending needs!
