ANZ Branch Baulkham Hills

Worst customer care service by this lady which I am not taking name of. I have been business banking for 6 years with ANZ and todays experience makes me think I want to change bank. She kept on telling Me same thing over and over as if I didn’t understand English. Common wealth across them have such good customer service if though I don’t bank with them. That to me was humiliating.

No wonder why such reviews. For a home loan they’re lightning fast and Went in to change some details for a company you have to come back in 45mins and they’ll see if anyone will be free to assist. 0 service!

Great location and the staff is friendly The branch is not as busy as some other city banks and you will get quickly to the staff saving you time. Parking is free but may be challenging to find a spot during busy hours due to high traffic for many cafes in the area

Total waste of time.... staff are lazy, manager inconsiderate... 2nd time in this branch.. a living testimony that coming to a branch is a total non-sense!

Bad customer service. Went in to the get some change and was told by an old lady there that ' You really need to go to your own bank as we do not have much coins here' She asked what bank i bank with . I answered her and told her that I was an old ANZ customer she could probably look me up on the system. I was about to leave and she said she will do it for me today. I was not happy not because she could not provide the service I was after but because of the tone she spoke to me as if I was doing something wrong

I went with my 6 weeks old baby to get some details updated because they were not able to do it online in a digital age. Such a shame that i understand that it is still not updated after a month and I am scrambling on the phone to verify the details again!!!!! I won't recommend ANZ to anyone , worst customer service, EVER

Don’t worry about coming to this branch 10min before they close. They are all technically packed up and ready to leave. Worst customer service ever!

Worst branch I've been to. How does a bank only have 1 teller. Waited in line for 30mins while 4 other employees standing around doing nothing.

Please move back to the location and Bella Vista. The staff there were really good. I tried to change my money the other day to USD, got told they don't offer that service anymore.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Excellent customer service.
