They have gone above and beyond their duties to ensure that I received the best possible assistance and support during my recent banking experience. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease, and their expertise in handling my inquiries was impressive. They were patient, thorough, and took the time to explain the various options and solutions available to me in a clear and concise manner. They always had a smile on their faces and their positive attitude was contagious. I was especially impressed by the speed and efficiency with which they processed my transactions, which was greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail and accuracy was remarkable, and I was able to complete my banking tasks in a timely and hassle-free manner. I would like to commend Jessica and Celine for their outstanding customer service and for representing St. George Bank with such professionalism and distinction. All Stuffs are short of training, that’s why there is always line up, branch manager is avoid meeting with customer, I stuck over there for 40mins regarding to close account with result is unsuccessful, Went to CBD branch, just spent 5 mins, done. So disappointed with them

Although I hate St george mobile app but this branch customer service changed my mind about St george. Despite the commonwealth branch in front of them, the staff here are super freindly and caring. Lin Jing is my financial Advisor here and She always gave me the best advice on how to get the best out of their service. Keep up the good work guys!

I was served by Lin, who helped me create a new account and generate a bank statement. She understood the significance of my need for a bank statement I can't start clinical placements as a medical student without it - long story and guided me through the entire process. As a previous Service Specialist at Optus Retail Co, I would be glad to have had Lin on my Team. Great customer service Lin, and thank you! OnSt George web site  are announced that they are opening on Saturday from 9:30-2:00pm, but they are not! Stop misleading people!
