Made an online appointment for 2.30pm today & completed the message box re nature of my queries. At 2.30pm was told Daisy was "finishing her Lunch" so alm.10 mins late,she appeared but had not read my message. I wanted hardcopies of forms online which I'm unable to print, to increase my Visa card limit mainly. She had no idea how to locate these try Googling 'how to increase limit on ANZ Visa card'.Simple! Was told could only be done in the office or on my internet banking don 't use this despite forms clearly stating online lodgement or by mail to stamp free address supplied! I had to ask her to get a supervisor who might know how to do this. None appeared. Disparaging,repetitive questions & comments from her showed poor to non existent listening skills. Total presentation was sloppy, inattentive & totally unhelpful. Yes,I left frustrated and very annoyed at such an unbusiness like approach throughout and at one stage counted aloud to 10 and yes,  left without the required forms!
