Pretty much similar experience to previous post - if you can get past the stuck up front desk guy who appears to look down on every customer walking through the door ... you might get a decent service depends on who helps you afterward. While commbank line is usually long, someone will come, ask you for information, might point you to the right place in phone app to do certain transactions etc or patiently spend 5 minutes with you to book you an appointment.
Just walked out of this bank because the manager served a person behind me in the line first while she told me to sit down and wait , this was after she had already told rhe man behind me that she had to serve from the front of the line not the back, she served 2 standing infront of me than tried to skip me and go to the man behind me so I spoke up the she told me to sit down and took the man behind me up to the counter , I haven't felt as racially targeted in a long time .I'm looking at changing banks after this happening the way it did .
Slow service. Told you have to book a appointment! Then the tellers don't have authority to do anything. Told we have to call ANZ helpline! Same number customers call! How long will it be? Oh could be a hour wait! THEY CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE making how many million in profit! Staff training and service is what's needed
After reading some reviews I was little bit of comprehensive going to this place to deposit a cheque yesterday. However my experience was a good one. A young male staff welcomed me with a warm smile and taught me how to use the ATM to deposit my cheque. All done within a few minutes. business in this
When I get my card there, their service makes me feel despised. A female employee went to serve others before she finished speaking to me, looking very impatient.
The worst customer service ever!!!! Teller's waiting time over 40 minutes in Belconnen branch!!!! Unbelievable
Absolutely horrible. How can you wait 30 minutes in line without moving and have people walking around doing nothing.
Stood in front of the tellers for 5mins, one new staff member behind counter. two fellow staff members flirting at a desk ignoring myself and other customers in front of us and when assistance was sought by the trainee it was given in vague instructions rather then getting up to assist with her issue.
They don’t have staff at all. One person is attending all the 10-12 people waiting in que. poor service.
Third class service.. because always need to wait to finish work. Not deserve even one star
