I almost always get in to see a doctor without appointment even if i have to wait for a while and they bulk bill which is great. Some of the younger doctors seem disinterested sometimes but Dr Phuc is always sincere and helpful.

Preface: ANYONE EVEN CONSIDERING LOOKING FOR A FAMILY FRIENDLY DOCTOR, THIS IS NOT THE ONE. WESTERN FAMILY PRACTICE IN BRAYBROOK IS A HUNDRED TIMES BETTER (and no, I'm not affiliated with them in any way except one of their doctors is in fact my family doctor) Rant: So we had just moved to the area not long ago and needed to find a new obstetrician for my wife. I called around to some clinics and this was the only one that seemed suitable to our needs. The receptionist advised that it was at least 2 weeks until we could see a female doctor (which was her recommendation), so we booked it. She also mentioned that we would not be able to see an obstetrician until we saw said GP. Two weeks go by and we arrive at our appointment early and check in. 15 mins past our appointment time and we are still waiting, which is expected at any doctors clinic. 40 minutes later I'm thinking this can't be right...We had an appointment? I approach the front counter and ask, "is the doctor running behind?" To which the male receptionist snickers! Like he actually found it funny that I asked! Mind you we were very patient, having brought our one year old son along too. This got me quite agitated, but even more so once I heard the female receptionist reply after she consults the doctor; "Yes the doctor is running behind. She is still with the previous patient, but we also have two walk in appointments to see before we see you." Like how ridiculous is that? Why have a booking/appointment system when you are so greedy for Medicare income that you just see everyone that walks through the door??? Needless to say we walked out the door there and then. I'll be making sure none of my friends or family are subject to this kind of treatment when they go seeking medical help. End rant.

I don't even want to give this place a one star! Not an option! Terrible people! Waste of time, you don't even go in at the time your suppose to be in at! One particular female doctor there dosnt even want to help you! Dosnt like to answer your questions! Thats why your fu!king there for!

You should not go to this Clinic .I have a really bad experience ever. Dr.Thu with her face express when I'm asking her question. She not happy when I ask her about my medicine. What's kind of Dr is this?. You should never go to this clinic.
