I really enjoy coming to Sprinnt spin classes, and being there in person really works for me, although there are options to join classes remotely. Yossi and the other instructors really get you moving and find a way to extract every last drop of energy with the help of some great tunes. I thoroughly recommend giving it a try.
Highly Recommended Spin Classes at Sprinnt! Recently, I joined the spin classes at Sprinnt from home. As a mother of three who are homeschooled, it was incredibly difficult to find a suitable sport. Luckily, I found Sprinnt. I also got the spin bike to my house so quickly! The classes are very professional, the music is fantastic, and it really helps to keep the motivation up! I definitely felt an improvement in my fitness level after just three sessions. Highly recommended!

I joined Sprinnt as a method of recovery following an ACL rupture. Almost 3 months later it’s safe to say I am fitter than I’ve ever been. The online classes are a great option for anyone who doesn’t live close to the studio. I can’t stress enough how good this team of instructors is. I do 3-4 classes a week and I feel great mentally and physically. If you commit and are willing to do what it takes to get yourself fit, you will succeed with Sprinnt.
I have been attending Sprinnt now for around 2 years. It has been a great experience for me and my daughter...I've been lucky to Spin with a significant group of great people that encourage us all to get the best out of ourselves... Yossi, Ilana, Yuval, Rebecca and Melanie are exceptional instructors and get the most out of me every single class I attend. I would recommend anyone to join, just try it once and then you are hooked! And you really notice the difference in your health and well being after only a few classes!

This is a Spin studio like no other, the instructors, music and facilities are incredible. I have been attending here since 2016 and always enjoy the classes. The Timetable always allows for a class 7 days a week. You wont be disappointed.

The Sprinnt experience is first class in all respects - superb well-maintained equipment and facilities, enthusiastic and skilled instructors and a motivated and supportive community. Hard but fun!
I've been with Sprinnt for many years now and since lockdown I've been attending classes via Zoom from the convenience of my home; no travel, no parking - great! I am definitely bike fit from these classes and always come out drenched with sweat and have had a great workout!
