What stood out most was the overall environment. The studio is friendly, clean, and modern, with great equipment and video support that allows us to see the exercises clearly from multiple angles. The instructors are always attentive and supportive, helping to correct our positions and ensure we’re doing everything properly.

REFORM PILATES AT FF GLEN WAVERLEY!nCan't believe how amazing this club is, now the community can incorporate their training in one space, no more going to get an additonal Reform Membership as its great here and way more cost effective other reform studios charge $50+ and this gym has Reform, Group Classes, Massive Gym Spaces & an great sized car park!nnManager Jessica and her team seem to always want to support members and another two great staff members Nafiz and Marcel!nnI always will continue training here, this place is like a second Home nnKeep up the great work guys!

Would highly recommend Stefan at Fitness first Glen Waverley, he is absolutely amazing! From day one, he’s made me feel comfortable and supported during every session. He strikes the perfect balance between professional and easygoing, and he’s always happy to have a chat between sets, which makes training feel relaxed and enjoyable.nnSince working with Stefan, I’ve felt a huge boost in my confidence. He’s helped me stay on track with my training goals and I’ve seen real progress thanks to his guidance and encouragement. I genuinely look forward to every session—he’s a legend!

For the price you pay, the amenities aren’t really up to scratch. The equipment is ageing and hasn’t really been looked after and there isn’t a massive range of equipment available. The bathrooms are also quite unhygienic.

I have been served by Jackson and Leo in the past both of them have been super professional and pleasant to speak to. If you need reliability and dependability they are specialists in their field and can help with pretty much anything. Looking forward to running into them next time I train again
