Joining Bikram Yoga Glen Waverley has been a game-changer for me. I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. After 3 months of committed Bikram Yoga practice, my condition improved tremendously and have never felt so much better for years. Suzyanah and Jamie are incredibly supportive, offering guidance and encouragement that make even the most challenging postures feel achievable. Absolutely enjoy the culture of the GW studio, meeting the wonderful community of like-minded individuals. Expect a pleasant and vibrant ambiance every visit. I joined bikram yoga Glen Waverley last week using their intro offer pass, such amazing value as a stepping stone into practice. Suzyanah has been beyond welcoming to me as a new member and I’ve felt so supported even just 3 classes in, she has checked in on me after every practice and lent words of encouragement and support for future practice. I am so glad I found this place.
I joined Bikram Yoga Beginners class, the experience has been really good. Suzy has been very encouraging and pushes you to go beyond your comfort zone.
If you have tension and stress that make your body easily sprain, or you know...there is this point behind your neck that hurt, or whole shoulder pain, or you can't turn your head ... Birkram yoga is the answer. Beginner start with 60 min hot yoga. You will challenge yourself to put YOU your health as priority. Psst...they have instructor that know what they are doing. And...there are huge parking space near the yoga center and ... lots of good restaurant also
I was never a big fan of Yoga or Pilate's but at Bikram Yoga with Suzy is just amazing. Her friendly encouragment and support towards getting the maximum out of every movement is empowering. I'll be completing my beggingers 5 passes tomorrow and I'm looking forward to extend to another package.
I absolutely love Suzy's beginner yoga class! It's the perfect balance between pushing me to improve my practice and making me feel completely safe. Suzy and the overall atmosphere create a wonderful sense of support and encouragement. I've only attended 3 classes but I look forward to every session and feel like I'm making real progress while maintaining a strong sense of well-being on my new health journey. If you're looking for a new yoga community or have been thinking of doing Bikram for a while, I highly recommend trying out 1 class because you'll want to come back!
Recently started at BYGW and its been a really good experience so far. Being my first time doing yoga, I find the instructors very professional and encouraging. Highly recommended!
I have just started at the studio & am loving it. I look forward to every class & am very glad I chose this studio. The team are very friendly & knowledgeable & give you plenty of options to suit your level whilst still challenging you to improve. Highly recommend.
It is a wonderful, very professional venue where I could diversify my exercise regime in a variety of ways: Bikram and classic yoga, pilates, circuits. This place is full of energy and and I always look forward to the next session.
