They did a great job on my car and it was nice to get a loaner but the adminstrator is abit hard to deal with, came off likw I was always inconviencing her on the phone.

Very bad customer service from lady behind the counter. Not sure what her title is in this business, but is providing the most unpleasent Customer service i have ever come across on the phone and at counter. I hope manahement and owners are aware that she is driving customers to go elsewhere. Very poor attitude towards customers.

Poor service. Had a accident hit on my front tire and bumper, RACV sent me there to fix my car. I asked them to fix the bumper, wheel alignment and the lights which are started popping up after that hit. They ignored everything and replaced just a bumper. Useless 👎👎👎👎
