I cannot thank Ross and his team enough. He helped me every step of the way to ensure the repair to my car (I was a victim of a "hit & run") was nothing less than perfect. From police report to dealing with the insurance claim and assistance with car hire, it was seamless. I was kept informed of everything and the work is impeccable. I highly recommend Avondale Smash Repairs....their work is faultless and it is nice to still see people who take great pride in their work!!!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Ross and Vic did such a great job on my 9 month old car - cannot tell it has had any work done! After a concerning car accident, i took my car to Avondale Smash repairs. They had my car for what seemed like only week or two and now it's as good as new!! Between amazing service and amazing workmanship, it is hard to believe my car has been in an accident. 
In the future I will always be taking my car to their shop. I can only praise their work as i did not believe that the level that they repaired my car was even possible until i saw it.
My car is as good as new.
They fixed everything with such a quick turn around.

I took my car to Ross and his team at Avondale Smash Repairs after a small accident. I needed my car repaired in less than a week and Ross delivered. The service was efficient, friendly and very professional with the added bonus of washing my car inside and out. He took care of all the minor details with the insurance company as well. A big thank you to Ross for an amazing job.

I experienced my first accident late recently and I was not at fault. I did the standard and called my insurance who went would deal with everything and even though not at fault, i would still have a claim record against my name for the next 3 years. 

My car by default was towed to the nearest repair shop which my insurance copy went out too and when I met with them i felt that shop was just in and out and all speedy work...

My friend recommended me Ross, so i had the car transferred over. the team explained to me I don't need to use my insurance as it wasn't my fault and the team at Avondale Smash Repairs followed up with the person who is at fault and went through their insurance which avoided me having a dot marked against my claim history.

I received the car back a few weeks later repaired with genuine parts and cleaned inside and out. A few weeks later I noticed a small rattle in my boot after the repair, i took it back to Avondale Smash Repairs and they checked it over night and found the problem and fixed it on the spot free of charge.

Thank you guys for the service and doing a proper job!!!
