Great large store in center of Northland Shopping district, with multiple floors of merchandise and brands spread out. However it is very hard to find a staff if you need any help. Probably on busy anticipated days they could place more Staff for helping customers.
My recent visit to Myer was fabulous. It reminded me of shopping 'back in the good old days' when we all got real customer service. Both of the women who helped me were amazing. Pointed me to where I could get what I needed and one even took me where the item was, and actually helped me to decide on an item. I would've given them 5 stars but the other sales woman didn't follow up after I tried on my coat. I wish it was like this everywhere. I would shop more.
I was shopping around the perfume section looking for something for myself and was served by Filomena. She was absolutely wonderful! Extremely helpful, offering a few options but not too many. She understood the exact scent I was after as I liked almost everything she showed me. Amazing service, not pushy and very kind. She made my day!
Pathetic to me and my wife's suprise we thought we had purchased a brand new barista coffee machine only to go home and find a used coffee machine instead of a new one in the box then took it back to the shop were we had two and half hours waisted of our time trying to find a replacement only to be asked to add a bit more money to by one that the lady's in the shop discounted for as but our money will take 24 hours to appear in our account so we left with no coffee machine and still waiting for our money to appear in our account rang up head office only to be offered a 20gift card for my trouble pathetic if this is how Myers deals with there customers just pathetic I will never be shopping there ever again
I had the most amazing shopping experience this morning thanks to Neda in the fragrance department. She took every measure to ensure I was happy with the product I was buying and also that I left the store completely satisfied. I will absolutely be coming back to this establishment thanks to Neda!
Friendliest staff, the lady serving the bags and wallet counter is sooo sweet! she was so helpful while i took my time to pick presents for my mom and mom in law :P I like Myer's member discounts and offers!
Shocking staffing levels in womens department. LONG QUEUES for the two changerooms open. One poor staff member at the cash register with a queue 10 people long at 1.30pm. HOPELESS!!! 5 star reviews with no comments? Reckon they are fake. Staff members????
Was here on the boxing day early around 7ish and the sales assistants are already on edge but some of them are really nice and very helpful. Other than this good variety of stuff but can see the store has deteriorated over the years with filthy carpets and require a paint job badly.
Cindy at the Myer Benefit cosmetics counter went above and beyond, she not only chose the colours that suited my complexion but also showed me some tricks to apply. Made my experience fun and informative...highly recommend....
Quite disappointing really !!!! I placed an online order for a denim jacket . Then because the order is less than 100 I paid 9 dollars extra on its price to be delivered to my home. Then 3.95 dollars to make it express . Was supposed to reach in 1 to 3 days. Someone in myer simply put a wrong address & when I followed the tracking it's going to a wrong address , contact the sender , wrong address on the item . Although I wrote the address correctly . Then when I called myer someone answered & assured me it's comming & there's a compensation gift card by 5 dollars in my email for the express delivery & none of these happened. Seems like myer is belittling the mentality of his customers & making fun of them . I still haven't recieved my item yet nor my money . Quite disappointed !!!!!!
