cotton on is over priced as it is, but my sister and I just had the rudest encounter with one of their cashiers. I was only buying one $30 crop top, and from the beginning of this lady checking me out, she was giving both me my sister dirty looks. my sister and I haven’t done anything wrong of course. before she printed my receipt, still giving us dirty looks, she rudely asks us, “is there anything I should know about?” We didn’t know what to say because it caught us both off guard. We are personally offended that she would even imply that we were shop lifting. she then printed my receipt and rudely handed it to me with my shirt, not saying anything. my sister and I left baffled and confused. i’m not coming here again
Rude manager NATE! He told my kid to fold the clothes he was looking through and told him that it was NOT his store. He called security on him. I called and spoke with the manager myself and he was indirect and avoided answering my questions. Very unprofessional and would NOT specify the reason my son was asked to leave or why he called security. I asked for specifics and had NO real answer…When I asked him for his corporate number or district number he told me to Google it. Told me that he had paying customer in front of him and didn’t have time to speak with me.
Everything here is the best quality for the price and the staff are such lovely people.
Spent upwards of $200 at the store, all the clothes I bought shrunk to an unwearable size before I got a chance to even wear them. Called the store several times during their hours and no one answered. Went in the following week to try and exchange or return the clothes and was told nothing could be done. Terrible customer service. By far the worst I’ve had with any clothing store.

I ordered a package from cotton on 2 weeks ago it says it was delivered and I never got the package and then I tried to contact the customer service they were no help at all. These employees do not care about any customers I recommend not to shop with them it is a scam
I went to the NorthPark around 11am to return some clothes assuming Cotton On would open at 10.... NOPE... currently they open at 12pm! Otherwise besides waiting for their store to open, friendly and quick service.

Cool store offering cheap but good clothing options and great staff will shop at again
The services was not good at all. No one was in the fitting room to help.
