Marlon is amazing! He is experienced and professional. He fixed my aged shoulder pained in only one hour which haunts me for more than 5 yrs! Miracle !

Marlon is extremely professional and very focused on delivery great results. His approach to helping me with my leg injury was brilliant - I couldn't recommend him to others highly enough! I know I will return to him again when I next fall victim to injury from sports.

I did a series of personal training sessions with Marlon and during this time I lost weight, gained strength and had so much more energy! Marlon is extremely professional and tailored a training session to my individual needs. In addition to the training I have had a few massages which have assisted with back and neck pain and helped with my sleep. I recommend Marlon's training and massage for anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and well-being.

I have had regular sessions with Marlon for over a year - always very professional, knowledgeable and focussed. Marlon has a real knack for matching his remedial massage and personal training to deal with specific pain or injury, or to meet specific goals - and with amazing results!
