Served by a girl called Stephanie. Asked if she could fit a shoe for my child. After ignoring my request of assistance and doing it myself i bought a pair of shoes from there that were ill fitting and needed to return them, much to her disgust. I told the girl they didn't seem to fit comfortably and wanted an exchange for a smaller size. She commented "well u will be back in a few months to get more unless u think she's my 9 yr old stopped growing". I ended up getting a refund and going to Rebel sport instead. Staff very helpful there. Stephanie doesn't like her job. Don't be like Stephanie
Girl who *served* me and I use this term loosely as she barely gave me the time of day and I had too ask her too help me, did not even get a greeting on entry into the store, she was at the front of the store and looked at me. I asked her a few times for help and she would bare minimum help then go back to whatever she was doing. Oh but she made sure I knew about the buy one pair get second one half price at the register when I went too pay, its the most 'help' I got out of her for the duration of my time in store. I will not go back there. Poor attitude on her behalf.
Huge range, reasonably priced and the customer service was outstanding - ver helpful, accommodating and friendly.
Was a pleasure to deal with and the staff was very helpful price well good would definitely go back
I have always loved the variety and quality of the shoes at this store.
Great prices, good quality footwear and good service.
