The customer service in store was really good. What let them down, was that I told them I was had to go down South, and needed a warm jacket. The nice lady told me she understood as she had lived where I was headed to. She helped me with a jacket, which I bought. A couple of days later, the day before I was to leave, I decided to wear my new jacket to see how it went in Toowoomba weather. Well, I was cold. It did not keep me warm at all. Needless to say, during my trip South, I was freezing. Customer service was lovely, but saying a customer's needs was understood, and the knowledge of stock being sold, was the downfall. It ended up being a complete waste of money on something that didn't suit my needs.
Staff were beyond helpful and kind, offering many options to help find exactly what I was after and changing orders with no fuss.nVery rare to find such wonderful customer service, I will definitely be back.
Went in for new work boots and was served by a young man who obviously is learning still but that didn’t stop him from giving excellent service and being very informative with helping me decide on what it was I needed. He is a credit to the team and the store. Would totally recommend hip pocket as your place to get your work wear needs.
Went to get some work boots which is always a struggle because I wear a very small size. The short lady with purple hair was very friendly and helpful, and suggested many options. I really appreciated the service. Would definitely recommend this shop for work wear needs.
So impressed by the staff and service at Hip Pocket Workwear. The whole team are highly knowledgeable about their products and have a great friendly energy. The quality and embroidery of the work clothes is excellent. Highly recommend.
