Spec savers audiology is truly truly fantastic. I saw Janita and she made the process extremely easy for me. I got hearing aids paid for by the government and they are fantastic. Could not recommend highly enough.
KUAN, THEIR OPTOMETRIST, SAVED MY VISION!!! I went to Specsavers because my left eye went dark all of a sudden, due to the breaking down of its gel. That can be caused by age, as Kuan explained to me. The eye pressure and everything else seemed normal and I was about to travel abroad on holidays for a month. I rang my former eye specialist back in my country and he confirmed everything Kuan had said. But the following day I got a phone call from Kuan. As I was going away, he wanted to double check that my eye was OK he had suggested I should see a specialist, but I could not get an appointment for earlier than two weeks, so I would have to wait five. So I went back to Stockland and my eye was not the same... the pressure had gone higher and he noticed something different, so he changed the referral and I got my appointment before my trip. I was diagnosed with eye toxoplasmosis and, if it hadn't been for his attention and care, I would have lost my left eye. Everyone there is very kind, but where do you get that kind of professionalism? So, thank you Specsavers, and a special thank you to Kuan, who saved my eye! I r
Yesterday I rang Spec Savers Stocklands Townsville to discuss some of the finer details associated with what my private health cover would allow WRT to optical. Courtney was very clear & appropriate when passing on the limititations that she was aware applied. We amicably discussed those limitations & when I expressed my uncertainty of those limitations Courtney freely offered to contact the company & confirm. This is what transpired & Courtney confirmed that my company was not able to cover my needs. Courtney then contacted me about 30 minutes after my inital phone call to Stocklands Spec Savers/ courtney. Courtney facilitated these communications in a very customer focused tone & manner & did not promote any false hope. Based on my interaction with Courtney/ Tville Stockland Mall Spec Savers I will be sure to include them in an of my future optical enquires. Thank you Courtney & Spec Savers.

This was my first visit to this Townsville store and I couldn't be more impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and the banter with the staff. Every single person that I dealt with today were so very down to earth, honest and friendly. I would recommend this store 100%. I've been a specsaver customer for many many years down south and this store would be by far the best team I've had the pleasure of dealing with.
I was on holidays in Townsville and unfortunately developed a major eye problem pretty much as soon as I arrived. We made an appointment at Specsavers Aitkenvale and although clearly busy they fitted me straight in. I was completely amazed at the incredible service and professionalism they showed. All staff that I dealt with, in particular Kuan and Zion the 2 optometrists handling my case were incredible. I was in considerable discomfort and they could not have been more helpful and professional... to the extent that they would ring me to check up on things after each consultation and Kuan even came in to follow up on the morning of his day off. I could not be more impressed with this team.
Always find the staff and optometrists extremely friendly. They always take time to greet and accommodate fittings into my schedule. Extremely happy with their service and loving the new shop layout
I have very good experiences with the staff from Specsavers Aitkenvale Stockland Townsville. I walk in practically every time, I get my glasses adjusted to my liking and cleaned efficiently. They always accomodate for when I’m on the rush and when I need prompt service. Specifically, Damon is always kind and welcoming towards myself and my family. Recently I had a new staff member, Courtney, who had a whole world of patience in assisting me in selecting my glasses as I like to have the best. It is always nice to shop in a place where you are treated with utmost respect and patience. I would strongly recommend to visit this store!
The customer service i received was exceptional. My customer service operator's name was Courtney. She was so friendly, kind and welcoming. The attention for detail while adjusting my glasses was spot on. I would highly recommend Spec Savers Stocklands. Out standing team.
I am very impressed with Specsaver Aitkenvale's customer service and quality of care. Each and every person I dealt with from front desk to dispenser and optometrist Shannon were excellent. Will sure to recommend to my family and friends!
