The staff are really wonderful. Very welcoming and very experienced. Susanne is an extremely thorough optometrist.
Reception staff were polite on phone, fantastic upon arrival and couldn't help more. Optometrist was thorough, professional and explained each step, listening to all concerns I have had with my eyes. Highly recommend.
After poor experience with a couple of the main stream optometrists in Townsville it was great to find someone thorough who came up with some good options and made appropriate recommendations
