It's very nice! Especially the staff that helped us. Her name's Claudia, she was able to understand of my mum's struggle of the pricing and helped us get the best glasses for my little brother. She even taught me a thing or two on how to pick the best frame size for my glasses. Overall, she was a very nice person and I highly recommend asking her if you need a change of glasses.
In the past I have had a not so positive experience with Specsavers Hyperdome, to the point where I almost wrote them off completely for future eye tests. However this year I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for my yearly eye test. I made sure I specifically requested a different staff member to the one I had dealt with previously, and since doing that then everything has been great. Manager Gayle I think? was happy to assist and was professional in dealing with my request personally which I found super helpful and reassuring. The optometrist I have been dealing with this year has been Ellie, and she has been absolutely wonderful in explaining the ins and outs of my eye health as this an area of concern for me due to a history of temporary loss of eyesight. Ellie has been on top of things and totally thorough in her examinations and explanations, she's given me the reassurance I need that my condition is being monitored closely. Plus her voice is super chill and almost meditative in a way! I'm so glad I gave Specsavers Hyperdome another go.
Excellent customer service. Staff are very friendly and professional. The guy that helped put my order through, I believe his name was faward, knew what his was doing and understood what I needed, especially with multiple multi focal options, and also the lovely lady that helped me choose my frames, Alison, knew exactly what would look good on me. Definitely going to come back next year!!!
Elizabeth was so great answered all of my questions. She made my very anxious and shy tween very comfortable. She was very understanding when my youngest child interrupted the exam a few times. Overall the best experience. The team helping us choose out glasses was also really great. I even left my phone and the lovely young woman ran out to give me my phone. I am sorry I wish I got her name. Ps Elizabeth should do guided meditation her voice is so relaxing!
A truly great place to go - staff are attentive, friendly, diligent and very professional. After enjoying a great experience months ago purchasing 3 pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses, one of the pairs my fave’s lol broke while cleaning. My partner took them to Specsavers Tweed City she was in the area for a warranty claim - horrible customer service experience and don’t follow store to store protocol. Went back to Specsavers Loganholme the next day - they checked the broken pair, honoured the warranty, cleaned and adjusted all the other pairs of glasses for me, helped me to choose another pair of equal value frames and ordered a replacement pair for me. Now THAT is professionalism, customer service, and after sales support.
I was surprised at the level of service I got here. I've been told negative things about big chains, but Loganholme Specsavers has impressed me. In particular, Melissa was a great help in my purchase of multifocals and sunglasses. She was enthusiastic and able to clearly explain the features of the products and offered great deals for them. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here for their next optom visit!
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the team at specsavers, hyperdome. Everyone that I dealt with were so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations. The glasses that I initially ended up getting were not quite what I had initially thought, but they allowed me to exchange them for a same priced item, which I was so grateful for. Some of the names of those I dealt with were: Gayle, Lani, Claudia, Al, Sam, Candice. But honestly, all of you were so kind and beautiful to deal with. You can all give yourselves a pat on the back, you deserve it. Oh yes, and the glasses that I ended up with were awesome too. Thank you all so much, God Bless you
Friendly customer service, efficient service and love my new glasses. Prices very reasonable. I always buy my glasses from Specsavers. Also the Audiology appointment I had with David was great.
Such a friendly team they really take their time to help you and make you feel special when you visit Claudia is such a kind and friendly consultant and i have had the pleasure of her great customer service twice in the space of 5 years. Both occasions she has greeted me with enthusiasm and eagerness to help me to find the right choice Toby is also a great manager and greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He made sure I was served straight away. Nadia was lovely too I highly recommend specsavers at the hyperdome if you are looking for exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately, my last visit was not pleasant. I went there to get 2 pairs of glasses using my private insurance. I made an appointmen to see an optometrist first. During the appointment I told the lady that I was struggling using my phone and reading books as texts are very blurry. She checked my current glasses and I was told I needed stronger prescription for glasses. I asked her if the stronger ones would solve the problem of looking at phones and books. She said, yes. The appointment was a quick one which I am not surprised!! So, I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with the new lenses; both nearsighted. In a month time, when I went to collect my glasses I asked to see an optometrist again as I was suffering from dried eyes. I believe the name of the optometrist was Elizabeth. She was very patient and thorough and uppon 2nd check up by her, she told me that I needed 2 different glasses: one for reading farsighted which was not diagnosed by the previous optometrist, despite the fact that I mentioned it twice and one for nearsighted. I told her that I have already used my private insurance to get 2 pairs of nearsighted glasses and if it was diagnosed accurately last time, I would have bought a farsighted for the second pair. She gave me some sort of voucher called golden voucher/ticket and told me I could buy the 3rd pair with a discount from my pocket. I'm not sure if this is a strategy or trick they use by giving inaccurate prescriptions and then lure the customers to buy more pairs of glasses by later giving them correct ones !!?? I know I will not use them again.
