My wife and I both recently went in for our 2 yearly eye exam. The customer service was fantastic. They were so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. My wife gets so nervous at the Optometrist but found this one in particular to be the most down to earth and friendly Optometrist to deal with He travels back and forth from Sydney. They also offer free hearing tests if you're over 40. Highly recommend.
Great service from start to finish. Dan on arrival was super friendly and helpful. Shaun the optometrist was great. Really listened to my concerns. Liti was fantastic in helping me choose my glasses and the transaction when purchasing. Definitely will make this my usual specsavers for anything I need
Kristy was very proactive and arranged my order for pickup at an interstate store forfeiting a sale to her store. Service was prompt and painless. Outstanding customer service. Kristy just won a repeat customer.

Some staff need more training A please & thankyou from the younger staff goes a long way !
Specs now received and all that I expected. Good friendly knowledgeable staff and all round a pleasant experience. I was uncomfortable with having to pay for them before I received them however and I did mention that to the staff member. A deposit seems more appropriate.
