Just want to say a big thank you to Bupa Optical Cairns Central. I had scratched my my eye that got me in straight away to check there was no infection. Super helpful from the moment i walked in the door they could see i was in pain and helped me straight away. Thank you great team.
I was so impressed by this team yesterday. I had pain in my eye and called them on the off chance they could help. I had called several other places who said they were full. But the receptionist here said, "we are full, but you have pain in your eye so it is important we make room to help you." They promptly saw me, the optometrist was amazing. She was so kind and knowledgable. She sorted out the issue with my eye promptly and gave me a lot of good advice. I strongly recommend this team. Then I expected a huge bill, but they team with medicare . They did all of this with a smile and left me feeling really happy. Thank you so much! Will never forget your service.
Staff were so friendly and no Issue is too small for them. They even helped fix a pair of sunglasses which were missing a screw. Amazing work!
I was there to ask for new glaspanels for my glasses because the old one were very scratched. The guy at the reception told me that would cost approx 200$ but would take nearly 2 weeks. Then he just showed me how to clean all these little scratches on the glass with sticky tape and the vision was way better! This guy probably saved 200$ for me! Thanks a lot :
