Good value service. Optometrists seem under the pump, or maybe think they deserve a better job, I don’t know but the general staff have always been excellent and the highly trained staff have little personal touch. In and out like a number. The general staff save the place and are the reason I come back whenever I need my eyes checked and well priced glasses.

While I was holidaying in Cairns my frame snapped off. I had a week of tours booked and I can’t see more than 30cm in front of me so you can imagine the terrible predicament I was in . I went to Specsavers Cairns on the off chance that they could help me in some way, miraculously within an hour they had it all sorted. Kate was amazing she looked at every alternative possible from frame repair to frame replacement and finally due to he persistence and relentlessness we found the exact frame that fit my lenses. Great customer service and great staff.Thanks for saving my holiday from a disaster.

Always super busy and very noisy, uncomfortable seating. Staff are friendly and very helpful though and they do really try to service you with the correct product for your needs.
