DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DESTROYED THE CARPETS IN THE BOOT OF OUR CAR and are now lying about it as they thought this was a family car that multiple people drove it. Not realising it was a car used ONLY for work and the boot isn’t even ever used. I luckily have proof as the reason we were getting the car detailed is because the photos we had taken to possibly sell it looked awful so we have dated before and after pictures to take to the ACCC. They tried to scare us by saying they would send the footage of security cameras to the police and when I replied please do they are now refusing to send to the officers so I can confirm the video hasn’t been tampered with as ALL they have done is lying during this whole process, giving us a lot of anger and zero trust for the company
