More run down than the photos suggest. Needs a good exterior clean of leaves and cobwebs.  No soap shampoo hair dryer or bath mat. Doonas very light so some of us were cold.

Great holiday destination for a family get away. Fantastic value in a excellent location - easy walk to beach, shops and cafes. Have stayed a number of times and the house is alway immaculate.

Ocean Grove Spao Beach House is a well appointed, tidy house. Everything you'll need is on hand. Ideal for families - the two living areas and back yard were well utilized. A good stroll to the surf beach and The Cheeky Cow cafe. Will be staying again.

Enjoyable stay at the Spao Beach House, which is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with pleasant gardens. The accommodation is good value for money and ideal for a couple or family.
