After hours of travelling from Tassie, greeted at the bus stop with Richard who had been in contact regarding the transport change over just to make our arrival a little easier. Excellent, warming and comfortable B&B. Clean and well stocked. Spa bath and generous rooms with comfortable living area. Richard, Di and Maddie the dog have gone out of their way to ensure our stay is comforable and stress free as possible. Wonderful experience and would be quick to recommend Roseneath Villa.

An absolutely 2 relaxing days spent in a beautiful quiet self contained unit. A lovely refreshing fruit salad and continental breakfast served to us every morning. I particularly enjoyed the privilege of being the only people staying in the accommodation and Richard and Diana are the most wonderful, non intrusive hosts I have come across. I would definitely not hesitate to go back and stay again! And the walk into the unit is truly glorious, such a beautiful and immaculate cottage garden! Adds to that wonderful feeling of a private villa!

What a find! Super spacious, beautifully furnished and very generous hosts. The spa was luxurious, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and the breakfast was fit for a King. The fireplace was divine, and it was such a pleasure being able to have a little play on the piano. Everything was so clean and well taken care of, and the bed was very comfortable. Not to mention the private garden courtyard! Highly recommend to anyone, great value, great experience. We will happily go back. Thanks Richard and Di (and of course Maddie the dog) for making us feel so welcome!

Relaxing the minute we walked in the door. Best breakfast, fruit salad with fresh figs from the cottage garden. Di and Richard made us feel right at home, brilliant hosts!

Roseneath villa was great. we had a great time would defiantly stay again. Warm open fireplace, Spa bath, comfy beds and a absolutely delicious breakfast. Richard and Di where great. Excellent hosts. Anything you could possibly need or want they had. They suggested a great cafe for dinner and went above and beyond.
