Southside Marine Services is a trusted and experienced marine service centre in Melbourne’s south east. Our marine mechanics offer a full repair and maintenance service for all boats. We are your one stop boating repair centre.

Story

Welcome to Southside Marine Services.
Since 2011 we have been committed to helping locals maintain Boats and boating accessories and pride ourselves on being a one stop boating repair centre. When you trust the team at Southside Marine Services with your needs, you can be confident that we will get the job done right, and your boat will be back in action as soon as possible.

We are here to help with all sorts of jobs, from trailer plug replacements right through to full engine rebuilds; no job is too big or too small. We are passionate about boating and fishing, and get that you are too!
We are experienced in servicing all the top brands including Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury and Johnson/Evinrude outboards, plus we also specialise in Trailer Repairs, Anchor Winches, Electronic installation and complete rewires.

Being a commercial fisherman I must top quality boat maintenance. SOUTHSIDE has been looking after me for over 5 years now. Their diagnosis skills are second to none....meaning I do not pay for something I did not need....and its fixed first time. I highly recommend their services...as long as you wait in line if I have a rush problem.

While on holidays fishing in Northern Territory  I had outboard problems and couldn't find the fault. I called Alan on the satellite phone and he returned my call and quickly helped trouble shoot the issue. Thanks again!

Highly recommend Alan. He provides fantastic customer service and does an amazing job every time, while still providing the best price possible. He always does a really thorough service and helps with any boating questions.

I have tried all the others, I now only trust Alan and the team at Southside Marine to look after my pride and joy.  Alan does quality work and there are never any surprises, I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants good advice and great workmanship!

I have had my boat there numerous times now, his ability to diagnose issues it excellent. He is honest and upfront when it comes to pricing.  Southside Marine know how a boat should be setup, regardless of what sort water activity you are into and can give you the best advise in accordance to what you are after.
I would highly recommend the team at Southside Marine and will continue to take my boat there. His workmanship is superb.
