Students there are mostly well mannered and respectful but there is one there in year 10 that is a blonde haired male who is not goi g to amount to anything in life he thinks he can do and say what he likes he is a disgusting example of trash that I wouldn't want affiliated with a school that has such a good name. Trash like this needds to weaded out and made an example of.

So bad honestly cares about uniform and fight more then education nearly got suspended for telling one person where another one was and then after I told them I asked why and he said they were gonna fight and somehow it's my fault

This is for the ladies from administration,,,,rude ,unfriendly and I don't know what they think they are, They should be doing a course on how to treat parents and students. Absolutely so rude, need some happiness ladies"(... It's a huge school you will see some excellent teachers and some that I rather not comment on .i would like to thank Lisa and Kelly.regards Paula

Would not recommend. They treat the children like they're animals in a zoo, most of the teachers have 0 respect for your learning. They yell at you, make you cry, they make you not feel welcome and they act so fake infront of the parents when it's just an act. My year coordinator locked me in a small room and my friend in the room next door to me for one hour an a half without telling us, all because we were videoing our friend having a laugh like kids do. They suspend you for absolutely ridiculous reasons like wearing rings, or wearing the school winter tracksuit WHICH I GOT FROM THE SCHOOL (and it was winter and raining) with a formal top or even asking what you're in trouble for, they classify it as 'talking back' even when you generally don't even know. They make out to your parents as you're the naughtiest kid, even when you try your hardest to be the best student you can. And even when you're sick of them treating you like trash they dont let other schools accept you and use the same excuse 'they need the discipline here.' They do NOT make you feel welcome, and you will regret going to this school. I moved here last term, I was there for 6 weeks but only attended 2 weeks as they kept suspending me for no actual reason at all, and the days I was there, they gave me detentions at lunch times all because my hat fell off while I was running, my parents were getting absolutely fed up with their behaviour. My father was paying for inner school sports and they only let me attend once all because I had 'the wrong shoes on' even after I went to the office and changed them. I was getting treated very unfairly by the teachers and enough was enough, I tried moving school but southport high would not let me, to the point i wasn't at school for a whole term because they wouldn't let any school accept me. My year coordinator told me she's 'going to make my life hell there and goodluck moving out' and that's exactly what she did, I ended up having to do home schooling which is never the solution, I'm sadly going back next term so I can get this year over and done with and attend a new school next year with a fresh start. WE ARE PEOPLE NOT THINGS. Although the office and tuckshop ladies are lovely :)
