I needed to track down a family relative in australia for a patient going into care, the Southport police were polite, respestful and helped me contact the person. 5 star rating for the police officer I was talking to . He was awesome !!!!!

The woman come came to the desk at 3:30pm-4pm a who talked to me my online scam case was very nice. Although my issue seems like it won’t be solved she was nice enough to listen to everything I wanted to say about it.

They do not take reports of domestic violence from men despite victim showing video footage of an attempted stabbing. They need retraining or possibly the CCC to go throught them with a fine tooth comb. I get a Joh Bjelke-Petersen kind of vibe from this place not nice people at all apart from the 2 blonde receptionist citizens who send to do their job just fine, the uniformed officers should be ashamed of themselves!

I arrived at 12:15 on 4 September, with 2 x Eighty Year Old's, requesting fingerprinting for passport applications. The receptionist was on her lunch break and we were met by Chris Officer in civilian clothing who was very friendly and patient. He did not rush the elderly couple and was extremely thorough with the fingerprinting and ensuring that it was done perfectly. We left with warm hearts and a lot of pride and trust in our Police. THANK YOU !

Had to come in to file a police report. Was very impressed by the receptionist. I didn't catch her name, but it was tonight 4/11/16. She was very professional, but most importantly patient. Yes the wait was long, but this could not be helped. The constable who helped me, Chris Newman, was very lovely and friendly even though I knew he had a thousand and one more important things to do. Thanks for your services.

I needed details when I called in,but for some unknown reason there was a"miscommunication"despite I told them exactly what I needed!! Have went in there requiring a"domestic violence order"to be filed but they were just outright rude & it didn't happen!! Sadly only had 1 positive experience there

Called up the station to report a group of teens on dirt bikes, riding in the family/dog park, that almost ran over me and my dogs, literary waited about 30+minutes for someone to arrive to deal with them, then I watched a police car just drive past like nothing was happening. Absolutely useless. Why would you even call the police? I got no trust in them anymore. And why would I? I'll look after myself.

Went to Southport police station to report a hit and run. Was told to come back in 2 hours time by a female reception. Come back in two hours and was told it would be a least another 2 hour wait by another different reception in the most condescending rude manner. We were trying to do the right thing and report it, after quite a shocking event and the way this reception reacted made me not want to report it at all. Lost a lot of faith in the Queensland police.

horrible service. was made to wait almost an hour just to be hung up on. called back 2 more times to be hung up on again almost immediately.
