Gold Coast Water Police

I'd like to thank your officer's for assisting my wife, this morning, in pulling our boat along side the pontoon at the SeaWorld drive boat ramp. Also for sharing their knowledge & tips to approaching a pontoon.

They would rather stop teenagers having safe fun for example water skiing than attending to dangerous people on the water. The water police need to have a more updated way of protecting people on the water instead of annoying and in some cases harassing young people trying to have safe fun, from personal experience the water police won’t just let you go away, they will try to find a small thing wrong, or say an unnecessary comment when they leave even when there is nothing wrong which has been done.

Today I can honestly say that some police do all proud, some small decisions have very big consequences. To the water police officer that had the time to advise me in the errors that he observed but also continued to what was probably a very horrific event, l would like to say thank you on behalf of all the people who do not know how hard your day can be.

Met a couple of police on their boat today on the north arm just off Sanctuary Cove. They gave us a lift to the boat show. Really nice guys who couldn’t have been more obliging. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks

Your phone answering system must be high tech, it can sense the person on the other end of the phone wants to make a complaint and makes you wait for 3 or 4 minutes then cuts you off, time after time. No wonder the crims are winning.
