Purchased my first home through Southlands Real Estate and i am very happy with the friendly and professional attitude of the agency. Ali has incredibly be helpful, great on communication and explaining the things at each step. And also, fulfilled his promises for the extras on top of the contract.  Staff at their office is also very friendly and greeting warmly. Couldn't be happier and would surely be using their services in future.

Ali, Andre, Rachel and the team provided a professional and credible market appraisal and sold my property on the first open house well above the minimum expected sale price! Their attention to detail, extensive marketing and friendly service was excellent. I would highly recommended Ali and the team to sell your house!

The professionalism and efforts by Nicole  at Southlands during the leasing process is really impressive. She has excellent knowledge with the local rental market and be able to provide very timely feedback.
Look after the interests of both tenants and landlord. Will definitely recommend for everyone.
