We͏ cannot speak highly enough of our experience of how John Brown sold our property. John͏ gave us an honest considered opinion of what the property was worth and sold the house quickly in a buyer’s market.  The thing that impressed us the most about John’s approach was his integrity and professionalism, while still having that common person’s touch.  We found John’s advice to be great and knowledgeable and his lines of communication through the offer process were excellent.  We would recommend John as a real estate agent to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.

She͏ always ready to help, communicating with her was simple we could understand her. Our experience with Margaret had been enjoyable. She explained things really well, and she gave all her all to help us. We really enjoy working with her as she is always ready to answer our questions. What ever the things we don't understand she explain it very well and clear and she's willing to give her time outsiders of work to help us. I recommend her as she is very professional with her work.

We͏ cannot fault Kim. The service we received was amazing. We were very confident with the market knowledge that Kim displayed to us.  We were kept extremely up-to-date through emails and telephone calls.  Kim was so friendly and accommodating.  I would certainly recommend using the joint services of Kim and Gill to anyone and we definitely will approach them again in the future for other house sales.

Friendly͏ and down to earth I found Eileen to be a very open and frank person to deal with. When we were shown around the property Eileen outlined things of interest. Her follow up phone call was handled nicely and we worked through the process which has resulted in the sale of the property which we are delighted with. Wish͏ we could give 10 stars! We͏ met Mel at an open home and clicked right away! She was friendly, personable and honest which was very important to us as first home buyers. Throughout our entire journey, Mel has been there every step of the way - day or night! She went above and beyond our expectations, making sure we understood the process and even raised some important questions that we hadn't considered which saved us a lot of stress. She dealt with our text messages at all hours of the day and gave reassurance when it was definitely needed. Now we are waiting to move into our very own home and we couldn't have done it without you Mel! Thank you!

Daniel was friendly and professional in selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he kept us up to date with all aspects of our listing. Best͏ Agent Around We have dealt with many agents over the years and had some shocking experiences. Melanie is a cut above the rest and an exceptional agent. If you are buying or selling call Melanie, she is by the best we have experienced in both the North and South Island. She went above and beyond. We would never even have viewed our property had Melanie not thought it was perfect for us and set up an appointment to view it that evening. She had great advice and really made sure we got the best possible for us. Could not recommend Melanie enough.
