I have been a tenant with HOAMZ for almost 2 years now. The experience I have had with the this business has been wonderful. My agent is soo lovely and easy to get in contact with. She always goes above and beyond  the call of duty even ensuring that she finds solutions if there is anything amiss in her own time! She is a great communicator and a real asset to HOMAZ. Thank you for making my rental experience stress free and easy.

Had a bad experience when we moved out and vacating the house. We were rent a house in Invercargill for almost 2 years, but because we've plan to move to other city, we decided to stop the rental. The property manager was uncommunicative since we declared to move out, we try to meet up and talk, figure out what we have to prepare and done on the vacating day but she was so difficult to reached. Finally on the last day, she was unhappy because we didn't done as she want or we have to be. Really disappointed with this and not professional attitude. It was look the mistake was on us, but we tried to talk about this to make everything smooth.

I wish I could give a black hole and not a star. Very bad experience both  as a renter and a home buyer shopper. The agent tells you sweet lies and made-up stories that you are unable to control in order to push up the price of the property.  Don't buy the outstanding reviews and praising  comments on their  own website made  about their agents who knows who writes them there anyways Look at the Google reviews and make out the difference.

The team listen to what you want amd do their best to find the house of your dreams. I would also highly rate their property managment team.

Effective, professional and friendly staff. Ms.Liz found me a cozy place under such short notice.

I viewed a house in bluff that was price reduced because nobody wanted it when I got there they had a queue and guess what the rent was  50 dollars a week between people  suggestion don't go there

Ross Malcolm is experienced, knows the market and is great to deal with.
