I've been spending the Christmas and new years period here for over 10 and loving my time here. The current park owners are fantastic lovely people. Come down........ But don't come down for the Christmas and new years period. WE ARE FULL!!!

Very clean. Bit crowded but expected on a long weekend. Lots of party people but noise went quiet by 11pm. Great stay.

Southern ocean tourist Park does one thing well - cater for summer visitors and it does it exceptionally well. Activities are planned, facilities maintained, with gradual improvements year by year. Sitting around a fire at easter is also very enjoyable. On site cabins are a great alternative to camping. Just be warned there is a waiting list for summer stays and easter.

Lovely and extensive park with great access to the southern ocean via the back camping area. Facilities good. Admittedly in a quiet time, overall enjoyed the stay.
