Great medium sized park with good facilities. Good sized spots that are easy to get into and your not on top of others. The Manager was a card and very helpful for my last minute booking enquiry. 30 minutes tp Adelaide. 5-10mins to regular shopping. Bonus. Will definitely come back.
Great location for exploring the Hills, and very reasonably priced. Pretty quiet as it's aimed at long term travellers and Grey Nomads. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Amenities are spotless, and the general area is well looked after. They have some very new cabins, but I can't comment as I'm in a caravan.
Exceptional Service and HospitalitynnMy wife and I had just collected our brand new caravan from Adelaide and, after a long and exhausting handover day, we arrived in Mount Barker without a booking. Despite the park being fully booked, Mike went above and beyond to assist us — rearranging a few bookings to kindly secure us a site near the oval.nnBoth Mike and Trent personally guided us to the site, helped us get settled, and ensured everything was in order before leaving us to rest. Their professionalism, genuine kindness, and willingness to help were outstanding.nnWe also witnessed the same level of care when a neighbouring guest experienced a flat tyre — Mike and Trent immediately stepped in to assist without hesitation. This level of customer service and compassion is what truly sets this park apart.nnThe park itself is beautifully maintained, well laid out, with spotless amenities that function perfectly. Being pet friendly is another huge plus and certainly secures our return in the future.nnA sincere thank you to Mike, Trent, and the Mount Barker Caravan & Tourist Park team for delivering such exceptional hospitality. Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin for 2 nights. The cabin was very comfortable and had all the necessary utensils to be able to cook a meal if you are so inclined. The beds are very comfortable. It is great that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Management very helpful and accommodating.
