Paid to get my dog buried, more then 3 weeks ago . Still don't have any news where my dog is,and paid for a plaque, nothing has been done , just empty promises .. Very hurtful. Don't know how they can do this to customers who are grieving. Do not use this service. Legal action to come,and media, don't even know what they have done with my dog.. Biggest regret I'm my life using this company. Called and emailed them numerous times, they brushing the problem to the cemetery, I speak with the cemetery (Dean) and just as shocking, no Information, his too busy gone fishing 🎣.. This is not on, in any standards.. I will dedicate my life to shut these bastards down.. How dare they treat me and my dog like this.. Iv never been so hurt in my life. They Take your money and run.

A great service and all communication treated with respect. Thank you to Anthony for his time in delivering our little fur baby Simba before Christmas. It means a lot to our family having him with us.
